We offer medical visits for minor health illnesses at more affordable prices. Scheduled appointments preferred but walk-in’s are welcome but subject to wait times. Clinic times and availability vary. Must be 18 years old or older.

Medical and Minor Illness Visit
Please note insurance is not accepted. Fees are due at time of services.
Minor Illness Consult (first 15 minutes)
$75
Urgent care for illness like sinus infections, bladder infections, skin or nail infections, strep throat, ear aches, and pink eye. Exempt from discounts.
Medical Marijuana Card Consultations
$150
Does not include $75 fee for registration. Please bring any medical records supporting your qualifying condition. Exempt from discounts.
Medical Cannabis Cards SD Qualifying conditions include: cachexia or wasting syndrome; severe, debilitating pain; PTSD; severe nausea; seizures; or severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis.
Female BHRT
$75
Consultation and script for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy through local compounding pharmacy. Will required lab and pharmacist consultation, not included.
Laboratory Testing
Brief consult with provider is required for lab testing orders.
General Lab Consult

Price is for lab draw and review of laboratory results. Lab tests extra and prices vary per test.
Food Sensitivity Testing

IgG test for 286 different antigens over 13 different food groups. Results can be used to help tailor diets and lifestyle in an effort to reduce or eliminate symptoms related to adverse food reactions.
Food and Environmental Allergy Testing

IgE test for 295 allergens. Results assist to modify diet and lifestyle to reduce and eliminate symptoms related to food allergies. Symptoms range from sneezing, itching, and congestion to skin rash, gastrointestinal distress and, in extreme cases, anaphylaxis.
Adrenal Dysfunction

Testing Information
Laboratory Testing
We have partnered with an outside lab to offer affordable lab testing for our patients. Blood is drawn in the clinic and sent overnight to the laboratory. Results are generally available in 3-4 days. We offer many individual tests and panels. Please contact office if inquiring about a specific lab.
Popular labs include: comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), complete blood count (CBC), complete hormone panels, thyroid function (TSH, free T4, free T3), adrenal function, cholesterol (Lipids), glucose, and fasting insulin.
