Ultrasound body sculpting with cavitation and radio frequency skin tightening procedures offers an alternative for those seeking a non-invasive way to contour their bodies and enhance their appearance. These treatments, backed by scientific principles, are effective in reducing fat, tightening skin and used for cellulite treatment without the need for surgery. Body Contouring can be done 1-2x a week with at least 72 hours between treatments. While some see results after one treatment, a course of 6-10 are recommended for maximum results with maintenance sessions there after.
Body cavitation, also known as ultrasonic cavitation or ultrasound body sculpting , is a cosmetic procedure that aims to reduce localized fat deposits using ultrasound technology. Body cavitation utilizes low-frequency ultrasound waves to target and disrupt fat cells beneath the skin. A handheld device is applied to the treatment area, delivering ultrasound energy that creates tiny bubbles within the fat cells. The ultrasound waves cause the fat cell membranes to rupture, releasing the stored fat into the surrounding tissue. The released fat is then metabolized and eliminated by the body's lymphatic system.
Body cavitation is considered a non-invasive procedure as it does not require incisions or anesthesia. It is generally painless and requires no downtime, allowing individuals to resume their normal activities immediately after treatment.
Body cavitation can be performed on various areas of the body, including the abdomen, thighs, hips, buttocks, arms, and love handles. It is commonly used for body contouring purposes and cellulite treatment, rather than overall weight loss.
Body cavitation is often combined with other complementary techniques such as lymphatic drainage, radiofrequency, or vacuum therapy to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment and improve skin tightening.
Benefits of Ultrasonic Cavitation
Radiofrequency therapy, also known as RF therapy or radiofrequency skin tightening procedures, is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses radiofrequency energy to heat the skin and stimulate collagen production. Radiofrequency therapy involves the use of radiofrequency energy delivered through a handheld device or applicator. The energy is applied to the skin, penetrating the deeper layers and heating the targeted tissues. The heat generated by radiofrequency energy stimulates the production of collagen and elastin fibers in the skin. Collagen is a protein that helps maintain skin elasticity and firmness, leading to improvements in skin tone and texture. Radiofrequency therapy promotes the tightening of loose or sagging skin by improving collagen and elastin production. It can be used on various areas of the body, including the face, neck, abdomen, thighs, and arms.
The results of radiofrequency therapy can vary depending on factors such as the individual's age, skin condition, and the number of treatment sessions. While some individuals may experience immediate tightening and improvements, multiple sessions are usually recommended for optimal and long-lasting results.

● Begin therapeutic hydration at least 24-48 hours before your first treatment: drink at least 64 ounces of water/day during the days leading up to your treatment (tea, soft drinks, juice, etc does not count in your 64 ounce totals)
● Avoid alcohol within 24 hours of your treatment; alcohol dehydrates your body and limits your liver’s capabilities to eliminate fats, fluids, toxins
● Avoid taking anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen, Aleeve, Aspirin, etc. for 2 days before your treatments
● Dress in comfortable clothes the day of your treatment
